Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available within 10 days of purchase. To qualify, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@sculptorcanada.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method:Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges 

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are permitted for defective or damaged items within 10 days of purchase.

  • Process: To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at info@sculptorcanada.com. We will guide you through the exchange process.

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Allergic reactions

  • If you have an allergic reaction to a product, please inform us within 48 hours.

  • Contact us by email: info@sculptorcanada.com describing the issue, the product used, any other products used in combination if applicable, and send us photos of the reaction.

  • We will respond within 2 business days.

Sale or Discounted Items

All sale items, discounted items, or gifts with purchase are final sales and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
